Homeless Children's Network is excited to share with you the release of our Annual Impact Report for 2019-2020 (PDF).
HCN has been working to decrease the impact of trauma and empower homeless, at-risk, and formerly homeless children, youth, and families in San Francisco for over 27 years. We are unique in San Francisco, the hub of a Collaborative of more than 50 other homeless-serving agencies who refer children and families to us for mental health services. During this last year, a time of heightened anxiety and uncertainty, we're proud to say that HCN remains a voice of continuity and empowerment for families.
HCN's impact at a glance in 2019-2020:
2,400+ children, youth, and families served in San Francisco neighborhoods
50+ service provider partners in HCN Collaborative
Two new client programs—Ma'at and Helping Hands
1,430+ gift cards for food & basic needs available for families through Helping Hands
Six films produced featuring HCN staff including "Introduction to Ma'at Program"
Download the full report below or on “Our Impact” page to learn more about our activities, financial health, response to COVID-19, and our impact this year.
We couldn't do this work without the support of our communities, donors, and funders. This is a chance for us to extend our gratitude to each and every one of you who has supported HCN's journey. Together, we can uplift one another and take action, as our families reach towards a place of healing and strength.
