Homeless Children’s Network is excited to announce the launch of our second year Community Innovations Mini-Grants Program.
HCN's Promise to the Community:
Homeless Children's Network will focus on targeting marginalized Black community members most in need of support—Black/African American individuals who are homeless, at-risk for homeless, or providers working within SF’s homeless and shelter system.
Purpose:
This year, HCN is providing mini-grant opportunities to Black/African American individuals who are homeless, at-risk for homelessness, and Black providers who support Black homeless families or those at-risk of homelessness.
Application Date: November 13th, 2023 at 9:00am
PLEASE REVIEW OUR UPDATES TO THE ELIGIBILITY FOR THIS GRANT:
Black SF Resident
Over the age of 18
Must be currently living in temporary or supportive housing
Must provide contact information for staff a the facility you’re currently residing
Please note our funding is limited to rewarding 10 grants in this application window. Our application window will close once we receive the appropriate amount of applications. Our applications are reviewed and approved on a first come first serve basis.
Due to this we highly recommend applying at 9am on November 13th, we cannot guarantee your application will be awarded.
