Our Programs
HCN provides comprehensive mental and behavioral health and wellness services, case management and resources, youth leadership and advocacy training, and mental health workforce development and consultation services. We provide mental health services to homeless, formerly homeless, and at risk children and youth, their families, and to community members.

Substance use education, prevention, and treatment program that supports individuals and organizations serving Black/African American individuals and families, service providers, educators, and community members in comprehensive efforts to address substance use.
